Tender ravioli shells stuffed with pillows of ricotta and romano cheeses tossed with wilted spinach and our chef’s signature blush sauce $15.50

An old family recipe of penne pasta in a creamy Gorgonzola cheese sauce flavored with finely minced prosciutto and sardines and topped off with fried green tomatoes. Grandpa Larry’s favorite. (Please, no substitutions on this family recipe.) $16.50

Pesto di Asparago con Pollo
Delicate cheese tortellini served in asparagus pesto sauce infused with a hint of chili flakes, roasted garlic and white wine vinegar and topped with grilled chicken. (contains nuts) $17.00

Braised veal cutlets, simmered in a rich demiglaze full of aromatics and served over a creamy risotto fresco.
